It’s time to fight back!

A new McCarthyism is threatening our free speech and freedom of association—our most basic constitutional rights. Donors who exercised these rights in supporting proposition 8 are seeing their employers or companies being targeted for harassment and intimidation.

It’s Time to “BuycotT”!

The National Organization for Marriage has launched a "buycott" to support businesses targeted for harassment. If those of us who believe in democracy and freedom of speech all band together, we will create a potent force to show that we will not be intimidated, harassed, or threatened out of our constitutional rights.

How do we do it?

It's simple: follow the steps below and take your stand today to bust the blacklist.

We've started with only a few businesses to make sure that we have a targeted effect. TAKE YOUR HARD EARNED DOLLARS TO THESE BUSINESSES TODAY.

Let them know why you’re there.

Graciously let the receptionist or employee know that the reason you're spending your money at this business is because you support their right to free speech and to donate to Proposition 8.

The pledge will be a powerful tool for letting marriage supporters know that we stand by them! We will deliver this pledge to all businesses included in our list.
